Who we are
Adveritas is a management consultancy, founded in 2007 by its owner Stan Egging. As the owner, Stan Egging identified opportunities in the manufacturing industry and was keen to support businesses in leading complex change programmes that required complementary expertise outside of the professional field of these companies. These were complex commercial assignments, requiring a multifaceted approach and a diverse range of knowledge. As a result, Adveritas evolved to become a total service provider, with a specialised network of investors, accountants, lawyers, tax specialists and qualified advisors.

Adveritas is a management consultancy that specialises in leading business optimisation programmes, turnarounds, transformations, financing matters, mergers and acquisitions. Adveritas helps businesses to remain successful, during crises but also within an ever-changing environment. Our staff and partners are characterised by clear core principles – they are responsible, rational, advisory and goal orientated. We have the knowledge, expertise and experience to support and lead companies. We do this by combining strategies with our approach, analysis, advice and implementation.
Adveritas’ advice is pragmatic and focused on implementation. To ensure that the right informed actions are taken, a thorough analysis of the commercial options is essential. Adveritas will act as a sparring partner, by asking the right questions and challenging our clients to take an objective look at their own company. To make progress, the analysis must be followed by rapid implementation. Our relevant practical experience allows us to support our clients in making the right decisions and to help them implement these decisions.
The consultants at Adveritas have years of management experience and are able to step seamlessly into (interim) management roles and support clients in managing their turnaround. We are down-to-earth, pragmatic and willing to take operational responsibility. We initiate and lead improvement and restructuring plans.
